The time has finally arrived!! I've been working toward a goal of providing gear and coaching support to the paragliding community in Western North Carolina for a good long while. Things with my primary business (Online Training Concepts) still keep me super busy, but I have been hoping to create an online presence for the paragliding gear and coaching side of things... and it finally happened.
The website is super basic currently, but we have lots in the works. I've been working hard on a project to create a unified database research interface for paraglider pilots looking to find the right gear. The biggest issue with the research process for paragliding equipment is how many equipment manufacturers there are out there in the world and how hard it is to find them all and be able to compare similar products for a specific pilot's size, skill level, and desired attributes. This project is still under development, but is getting closer to launch every day. I'll be excited to share more once the platform and tool are completed and ready for people to check out, but for now feel free to take a quick look at the WNC Paragliding site and thanks for stopping by to keep up with the latest in my world!
